Great to meet you! I'm tammara! My mother lost 50 labs walking five miles a day when I went to college! You can do it! Start small, it all adds up and food journals keep us honest and are a great tool. I'm still working on it but when I was good with t I removed 55 plus pounds five years ago. I'm back to it again, nutrition on spark is helpful too!
