Hi everyone. My name is Linda and im 21 yrs old. Ive had weight issues all my life. I recently moved and now im a stay at home mom to my 23 month old. So i sit inside all day and all i want to do is eat. But ive been using exercise on demand on 3 times a week and im hopeing to increase it to 5 times a week. I joined this website so i can get a goal and actually stick with it. My goals ... well im tippin the scale between 200 and 203.. When i moved i was 187!! So i have to do something and its so hard.
