7 month olds are rough! Just spent a week with my 10 month old grandson while his parents were out of town, and it nearly wore me out.

I had trouble exercising while taking care of the little one. A couple of suggestions - use the little one as a weight. I held the wee one and did bicep curls or put him on my stomach while doing bridges. Use your imagination! He also enjoyed our walks with the stroller or with the baby carrier. That one was really hard on me as I am not used to toting around a small child.

Upshot - I lost 1.5 of the 2 pounds I gained on a cruise back in November and had not been able to shed during the holidays.

You can be a great example for your child. Good luck!

I just got started with spark about 3 weeks ago. I lost 5lbs. but, as always, I have now started being bad....It seems to sneak up on me, a hotdog here, and a doughnut there, then my diet is blown. Having a 7 mth old, a full time job, 4 dogs, and a husband on night shift, I can never find time to exercise. I want this to work out so I can fit in my clothes again. I am afraid that I am going to lose my motivation and fail just like always!
