I am struggling with health issues and the main cause is my weight. Also, in the fall we are traveling to see family and friends that we haven't seen for a number of years and I am determined that I will look better than I do now. The first 2 days were easy but it's already a struggle. My husband works evenings and I got into the habit of eating all evening. It's hard to stay out of the kitchen.
