Hello all, I'm in Myrtle Beach. I'm 62 years old, working part time, disabled, and a divorcee. I'm on Atkins, started at 237, down to 193 and aiming for 135. and feeling great. I exercise at the rec center 3 or 4 times a week, some aerobics but mostly resistance weight machines. Haven't been to the pool for awhile, but I also like to swim. I originally wandered in here for recipes, but I'm finding there's a lot more to SparkPeople. Judy
