Hi everyone, I am a new member of SparkPeople. I can't tell you how excited I am to have found this site. I am a RN an mother of 3 great kids ages 4-10. Needless to say....very busy. I have lost 40 pounds, but can't seem to get this last 25-30lbs off. So frustrating!! I am reading through this site, and I am already inspired and encouraged. Day #2......
