Thank you to all who have posted it makes me feel warm inside not to be alone, yes I am using all of the above, Think this site is fab. I have done weight watchers slimming world and many more but always hated the class s, as hate meeting new people, also I am a very private person and found all the team work a bit off putting. This way I can stay relaxed and talk to lots of new people. Thank you again for all your support.

I suggest using the Nutrition Tracker (above left under My Trackers) to monitor your food intake. I was surprised just how many calories I was eating and how distorted my portions were. The Tracker also has recommended ranges of nutrients to support a healthy weight loss program. By adding drinking 8 cups of water and exercising consistently (10 minutes is a good beginning) you will have the basic elements of a great weight loss plan.
This is not a diet. It is not about deprivation. It is about portion control, moderation and healthy choices. Toss the junk food and have plenty of veggies and fruits on hand.
Take small steps to reach your goals so you can experience ongoing success. Start with drinking the water and once that is a habit add another step. Itís always desirable to set yourself non-food rewards for each mini goal reached.

Hi everyone I am three days into my change of lifestyle and doing good. Must admit a lot of my problems is not being able to do what I used to. I have always been a busy person finding a way to do things even if it meant laying on the lawn to cut out flower beds lol. Two years ago I then developed major back problems which has hindered me. I eat for comfort, but in the long run it just makes me unhappy and less mobile. I happened accross this site and am so happy I did as it`s seems like it will be a life saver.
