Hi, I'm new here too. I'm hoping to get myself going and be alive and vibrant again. I don't know if it's the disability and pain or weight that I hate more, but together they really bite!

Have too much champagne, kiss too many men, love too much, laugh too loud, throw caution to the wind and your inhibitions out the window. Life is happening now, not 10 pounds from now. ~Beth

I am new to this group. I joined Sparks 6 months ago and have been tracking food and exercise without success.

I gained 60 lbs after becoming disabled and participate in waterize per doctors recommendations.

I have thyroid disease, and developed large multiple brain lesions, leg problems etc which doctors have been unable to determine the cause. This is the first time in 42 yrs of living with thryroid disease that I have gained and been unable to lose weight.

Doctors recommended I lose weight to take the stress off my spine, joints and hopefully do away with some health problems.

I tried various diet and exercises some of which caused more damage and am interested in learning methods that worked for others

Happy New Year!
