I'm not sure if this is the right group but I think we'll all understand each other here. Recently I was diagnosed with a rare type of joint hypermobility syndrome. It has stripped me of my active lifestyle and I am now dealing with chronic pain in my joints (primarily hips, knees, shoulders and back) and over-all instability.
I am at a loss as to how I am supposed to be active as, some days, even walking is difficult. I am hoping to get on a bike soon but I am terrified of a major set back.
Anyways, I just wanted to introduce myself.
