Welcome to the Team! Anything we can do to offer support, just let us know.
And I know what you mean about a supportive husband who continues to eat the foods that we have chosen not to. It can be very tempting. Fortunately, my husband likes some foods that I am allergic to, so if he eats those, I have no trouble saying no to them!
What if we woke up tomorrow with only those things that we thanked God for today?

My hubby hasn't joined in completely either. But, at least he is trying some of my good habits. He doesn't eat many veggies, but has discovered he likes my sauteed zucchini. The only exercise he does is when we go walking in the evening or hiking on the weekends. But, it's a start.
I decided to be ready yesterday, because you know people always say Ill wait til next week, or tomorrow. Then tomorrow never happens until its too late. So yesterday I decided to be ready for my new diet and exercise plan...I really need the support available here, so hi!
My hubby supports me but does not join me on my exciting health adventure. So he is still eating the foods I have given up. Its tempting, very tempting.
