Jane!! Glad to have you aboard the Leading Train.
KJURGIEWICZ - I think it really depends on the Team as to what the duties would be. I belong to 5 Teams and the Leaders all do different things for each. For this Team, we welcome new members, help to lead the buddy groups, plan and run challenges monthly and quarterly, answer questions of the members. If you are the only Leader of a Team, though, you can probably choose yourself how much and what you would do. Good luck.
God is closer to us than water is to a fish.
- St. Catherine of Sienna
Unless the Lord builds the house, its builders labour in vain.
- Psalm 127:1
Welcome. Is it possible for someone to send me an email and tell me what is involved in the team leader. My one team has no team leaders and I was considering it but I need to know what I would be in for and whether or not I could do it with my schedule.
Height 5'4" (I got myself remeasured and the nurse at the health fair was wrong. I didn't lose height. Thank God.

Welcome Babie_Jane. :O)
Thank you to all our team leaders for giving of their time to help us. We appreciate you so much.
You don't stop laughing. because you grow old, you grow old. because you stop laughing!
Please join me in welcoming our new team leader Jane aka Babie_Jane. We are reaching close to 1000 team members and need the extra help in reaching all the members. She is a great person and joined SP just a few days after me and I think she will be a big asset to the team as well as the other team leaders are.
Welcome to being a leader Jane and look forward into leading this team with you.
