My name is Jenn. I am 25 yr old, and have been married to a wonderful man for 5 yr this April. We have 3 children together; 2 boys and 1 girl. Connor our oldest son was born 9/2009, Trevor our second son was born 4/2011, and Addie our daughter was born 1/2013.
I gained a lot of weight with my first pregnancy, and remained overweight through my second. Before I conceived my daughter last year, I had lost almost 30 lb and was down to 150, a mere 15-20 lb from my ultimate goal of getting back to my pre-pregnancy weight in 2009.
I just gave birth 2.5 wk ago, and am sitting at 170 lb. I have an overall 40 I want to lose, but am going to break it down into smaller goals. And I know at 6 wk post-partum I may be smaller than I am now.
I am currently recovering from a cesarean section, and am not allowed to do any vigorous exercising until 6 wk pp.
Just wanted to introduce myself. I used SparkPeople at one point (I'm also 100% breastfeeding my daughter and am using BabyFit for my nutrition guidelines) and I really liked the people and support.
