Even if you haven't read the book, you might want to visit the thread where we are discussing the current selection, "Ghost - A novel." This is an interesting discussion because, as sometimes happens, we aren't totally in agreement, so it's a good example of how we respect each others opinions and are not afraid to speak up to voice our own.
Won't I look good in my publicity photos when I am the leanest, meanest, most agile writing machine I can possibly be?

Hi everyone! I'm Nichole, I'm a SAHM to two wonderful little boys. Aiden is going to be 2 in about a week, and Luke will be 6 months shortly after that.
I am going to turn 30 in May and I have resolved to have a healthier lifestyle. I feel positive that I'm making the right steps to achieve my goals this time and that makes me proud of myself and excited.
I even made myself a motivational visual page like they tell you and I'm currently reading "The Spark".
I've been sick for the last day and a half and that has kind of brought my mood/motivation down but I'm determined not to let that throw a wrench in my plans. I didn't get exercise in yesterday because I was sick, but first thing this morning I did my crunches and push-ups.
Today I am determined to get my Wii set up so I can start to exercise with it again, too. We moved recently and it's one of the things that has yet to be unpacked. Well, that's changing here in a couple of minutes.
As for Ghost Hunters, I've been a fan since I met the team while I was in Savannah a few years ago and they were filming a Halloween special. I had never heard of them at that point and looked into them and I've been hooked ever since!
