Me and my 4 children ( 14 down to 5) went on a 4.5 mile bike ride today. It had quite a bit of stop and go as the younger 2 have only been riding for 2 weeks. But we did it, and they had fun. 6 months ago I wouldn't have even entertained the thought of taking them all out on bikes before lunch. Not only that, but I didn't require a 2 hour nap to recover..... know what I mean. The pounds are coming off so much slower than I want...but there all these little good things along the way!
