Welcome to the team. This is an awesome site and a great supportive team. I am glad to hear the part about getting healthy; you are on the right track. The fitness and nutrition trackers are great. Start to log food just to see where you are, it was an eye opening experience for me. It takes a little while to get used to it but I can track my entire day within 5 or so minutes now. I am tired of my weight fluctuating over the years as I try to lose only to gain it all back and more. I want to lose weight, but I especially want to get healthy so I will be here for a very long time to enjoy my children and one day my grandchildren. I want to lose 120 pounds, but I also want to be healthy enough for my doctor take me off all medication, especially blood pressure pills.
