Hi Wendy and welcome. All the wonderful ladies have said most of it already. I like the fitness tracker as well. The site can put together a strength training routine for you on the days you want or choose your own. You can log how much you walk/steps and your cardio. It keeps me honest as much as the food tracker which I live by. There are fitness videos on here too; go to healthy lifestyle (orange tab at top of page), then fitness and then workout videos. These are good to jumpstart your exercise. Remember that this is not another diet, but a lifestyle change. I look forward to sharing this journey with you. Annabelle

Hi, Wendy, and welcome to the team. I agree with Holly -- the nutrition tracker is really central to getting it done.
Beyond that, the only things I can suggest are to set small, achievable goals for yourself; congratulate yourself when you meet those goals, and forgive yourself if you make mistakes; and don't ever give up. You can do this!

Hello, My name is Wendy. I am 41 years old with a wonderful hubby (most days, LOL) and 3 children (21, 19, & 9). I've struggled with my weight pretty much my entire life or as long as I can remember I hope this site along with its useful programs and forums provide me the support to reach my goal weight (150#). I know it will not happen overnight but just seeing the pounds come off and ultimately getting and staying under 300 lbs. would be amazing! I work in a HR office and although I pretty much like my job and love my co-workers the whole environment can be stressful. Re: diets I know what I need to do and I even like healthy foods or at least most LOL but still struggle. I think I jump into things too quickly and expect immediate results and when I don't see them I give up. I'm SOOOO tired of this yo-yo dieting and ready for a lifelong change! Would love to have others support me on this journey and would love to support others on their journey as well. Any suggestions that have worked/not worked for others would be greatly appreciated as well. THANKS! :)
