Hi! Welcome! I'm pretty new here too. My hubby recently left for BCT and I had a hard time for a week before he left with staying on track. After I pretty much gorged myself I noticed that I wasn't feeling any better.. I was feeling even worst! I had to give myself a serious inward look and try and focus on other things than poppping goodies in my mouth to cope with the anxiety. I picked up my excerisize (didn't go crazy, but I had stopped doing anything that week!) and that was a good start for me. Try going for a quick walk to help with the stress and clear your head. Also, remember how much what you eat effects your moods (especially sugar!) clearing out the cabinets and stocking up on the healthy items may help curb any munchies you may get. Now, although I'm sad he's not here with me and the kids.. I know that taking care of myself will help me through this transition.. keeping healthy helps me feel much better than feeling sad about the changes AND how blobby I feel! LOL!. Hi everyone! I am new to the site and am looking for other Army Wives who are going through the same things. It's been really hard to stay on track, even this last year, and now we are getting ready to PCS and I just need some support. I have been a bit of a wreck lately, (emotionally) and staying on plan during this time has been SO hard. I am just looking for some gals who can push me along!
