I'm new to this team and to weight lifting, so just checking threads out. I'm in a learning phase so I have been doing research to get to the truth about weight lifting. I have learned some things I didn't know and still looking for more.
I have been doing Callanetics and walking 5 to 6 days a week. I eat as clean as I can but, I do eat eggs, fish and chicken. I have lost almost 40 lbs over the past 4 1/2 years and have 35 more to lose, but I want that 35 to be FAT. I want to build and repair what I can. I have a Bowflex so I have to start with that until I buy weights.
I'm looking forward to learning and sharing with y'all.
