I hope you are able to make your goals--if you don't the first day then try again the next day. Pretty soon you will be getting in 10,000 without thinking about it!

Starting SP weight 10/14/04--195
Reached my goal weight 09/08/06--132

Had some health issues and regained some of my weight =( now working on getting back down to my goal.


Just keep swimming, just keep swimming.


Slow and steady wins the race...I am in this for the long haul not just a short sprint.

You can do it! Just stay committed, break your walking into small bunches if you have to, 15 minute
breaks, lunch hour, leave early in the morning and save some time for walking. It all adds up, Best Wishes! emoticon
