Welcome. I have a more active job and have set goals for steps during the day. If I'm a bit short, I will "walk the long way" to accomplish tasks. Adding a couple of hundred steps a day really helps you reach your goal quickly.

MYNEXT50YEARS to a great team! Weren't you surprised when you first read your pedometer at the LOW amount of steps your were walking? I WAS!!! I always thought I walked at least a million steps a day!! LOL Now that you're aware, you'll be up to 10,000 before you know it!1

Hi team, I wear a pedometer everyday to help me see what I am doing daily. I work in an office and some days I get as little as 2500 steps, but not often. My average is probably 5,000. On the weekends; grocery shopping, errands, and cleaning I get 10,000 plus. I have been checking in with the spark people lately. I still am bouncing between 155-160lbs. I would like to be 135 lbs. I am hoping joining your group will make me more accountable. Help me, take time daily to take a walk, if I am not at 10,000. Thanks for reading.
