Hi all! This is the first "team" I have joined on Sparkpeople, so I'm not really sure what all is involved. However, I recently bought something called the "FitBit" and I am currently tracking my steps with it as well as my calories burned, stairs climbed, as well as hours slept. I absolutely love it! It definitely keeps me motivated to make my goal every day which is the 10K steps! That is why I felt this team was only appropriate.
