Hi, I am retired, 64, and I'm happy with just about everything in my life, except for my weight. Losing 20-25 lbs would be a dream come true. I have been on every diet there is. I have probably lost 20 lbs, at least 10 times in the last 40 years. I am dedicated to stay with Spark until and after I reach my goal. It has already helped in keeping me steady at the 10Ksteps per day and being honest about my food. I have a wonderful husband of 42 years, a daughter and son.... and four grandchildren, three grandsons and a little grand daughter, born premature on July 30th. We have been blessed that she is healthy and finally out of the hospital. I don't want to be the "fat Grandma"...so here goes...let the weight loss begin! My special interests are in photography, scrap booking, sewing and time with my family. I also have the responsibility of caring for my 90+ year old Mother...who remains quite independent and lives alone.
