Welcome. Make this your own journey. Listen to your body. This doesn't mean you don't push, but make sure you make this fun as well. I listen to books while walking and wanting to finish the story or chapter keeps me on the road a bit longer. I also don't worry about how fast I'm going compared to others but how fast I'm going compared to what I was before.
