back, Joan - it's a lot to absorb and many of us have needed time to get used to the ideas and many, many resources here so I'm glad you're giving it a try again. Take baby steps, go at your own pace and remember that we don't have to change everything at once - it actually works better in the long run to make small changes and stick with those until they are part of our normal routine, then make another small change or two, repeating the cycle until we've established a healthy lifestyle. Trying to do too much too fast is a recipe for eventual disaster. I'm so glad you have found this team - it's one of the best on the site and loads of support here!

Welcome back Joan! We are so happy to have you back on our team! I completely understand how overwhelming all the information can be. It took me a good 6 months to really get the hang of things! Feel free to shoot me an email if you ever need any kind of help!
Hi Joan, welcome back. I know how it is to get overwelmed in the beginning and for me not to have that happened, when me and my husband went to our diabetic education classes the teacher told my husband not to rush me and it is OK to change one habit at at time and once you get that down try another. I know you can do it, we are here to support you.
I have come back was here before should have stayed but kind of got lost w learning everything I should do, to be part of a team. So I hope u all will be understanding as I learn how to get around in here again. Thank you
