back, Joan - it's a lot to absorb and many of us have needed time to get used to the ideas and many, many resources here so I'm glad you're giving it a try again. Take baby steps, go at your own pace and remember that we don't have to change everything at once - it actually works better in the long run to make small changes and stick with those until they are part of our normal routine, then make another small change or two, repeating the cycle until we've established a healthy lifestyle. Trying to do too much too fast is a recipe for eventual disaster. I'm so glad you have found this team - it's one of the best on the site and loads of support here!
