I'm back in the saddle again. I just started walking again last week... trying to get in 10,000 steps a day. I walked five miles yesterday and had about 13,000 steps total but I got on the scale this morning (have been walking at least three miles a day all last week and trying to eat healthy) and I've gained weight :(. Will keep on trying.
Hi everyone. I am looking forward to giving and receiving support on my long road back to health & fitness. Stepping is such an easy way to do it. I may not be very active during the next few months because of the busy time of the year, but I took the first step and set up my page and will be working on my food tracker in the next few days.
