Congrats on your engagement. When is the big day? I too, have a pedometer, and they work wonders, and motivateyou to walk, alot, lol. Ikeep track of my walking, so that wayI can see how many steps I take daily. I usually walk about 5 miles, daily. That's roughly almost 10,000 steps.

If you need a 'Spark buddy', I am available.

Hello everyone,

My name is Sarah and I just purchased a pedometer and wanted to find a Spark Group to joing that's all about using it. I live in beautiful Morgantown, WV, will turn 31 this Saturday, and just got engaged (so I'm really motivated to walk off some pounds before my big day!)

I've been a member of SparkPeople for just shy of a year and love it, tho I'm looking for new and creative ways to stay healthy and fit.

I look forward to virtually meeting you all, and if any of you live in my area and would like a walking buddy, give me a shout!!
