Hi all. I'm a mother of 2 rambunctious boys and a brand new baby girl. My daughter is now 2 months old, so I am beginning my weight loss journey, again. I have successfully lost 30+ pounds using SparkPeople, and will have to lose close to 25 pounds this time. I try to walk at least a mile every day, although I can and usually do go for more if I can. That's not including the mileage I stack up with my pedometer (which I still don't think I've programmed my stride correctly). I'm also using the SparkPeople's strength training, since I've cancelled my gym membership (we never use it).
