Wow - thanks for all the welcomes. Yesterday I got on the treadmill at 5:30 because I was only up to 6,000 steps. I'm glad I did. Three days in a row! Now, I'll have to think about that reward for hitting my goal. Any suggestions?

I'm beginning week three on spark people! I've been wearing my pedometer and walking everyday. I've made it past the 10,000 steps for two days in a row. My goal is 5 days a week at 10,000 plus steps. I thought this would be the perfect team to join. Keri
