Welcome. Setting goals and keeping the Streak going works well. When I started walking, I started with a goal to walk to a destination for "vacation." When I reached the destination, I would treat myself to something. I actually started walking across America because I wanted to visit my children who lived on the opposite coast. I wanted to "walk" to their home before I visited them. The visit was my reward. I actually did walk that distance in time to visit and was hooked. It is so much fun to be able to find my way to somewhere fun.
