Congrats. It is a great feeling and a great goal. I do agree that water activities are great for overall fitness. You can use conversion charts to add your water activities to your step totals.

Watching salt intake also trying not to buy foods that have high fructose corn syrup, sugar, rice syrup, corn syrup, fructose, sucrose etc. in the first three ingredients.

No foods that have more than 3 ingredients that I can not pronounce.

If an item has more than 10 ingredients I put it on the Do Not Buy List as it is too processed.

I finally walked 10K today and the day is not done! I have been busy swimming and doing water aerobics that I haven't been true to the 10,000 steps. I hope I can keep it up!
