Funny you mall walk when it is "junky" outside....ME, I mall walk when it is scorching outside! emoticon In Arizona, that is 100+ during summer. With gas as it is, I won't be traveling up the mountain as often as I have in the past.

Hello everyone ! I am so glad I found Spark People this is such an awesome web site !
Last year I made a major career change and stopped excercising and of course loosing weight. I think spark People is what i have been looking for in motivation ! I walk indoors when it's junky outside i have access to a mall and a school gym. Hopefully since this week was the first day of Spring we will have more outdoor days ! My ultimate goal is to cycle 100 miles in one day. Last year I got up to 30, but now its like starting all over. All I can say is one day at a time !
