Welcome to SparkPeople and the team- isn't amazing how motivational a little gizmo of a pedometer is. I've never heard of a FitBit how's it work and track?
I have an Omron Bi model that can hook up to my computer to generate reports & charts which is very cool.

Hi, I just wanted to introduce myself. I am new to Spark People and to the 10K team. I have been tracking my steps since last October. I love knowing how many steps I take. It is a real motivation for me, so this seemed like a great team to join. I have several pedometers but recently got a FitBit and really like it.
