glad u r here I am just getting back too..I have had my pedometer on a week and gained a pound this week..I will plame Easter..I have never done anything like boot camp sounds interesting

I have my pedometer back up and ready to go. Don't know how I did it back then, but I am going to try again. Joined a bootcamp with work that starts today and told her not to let me bow out. I just hope I can find my setup cd so that I can clear this pedometer. It works today, but might be full tomorrow.
Later, got to go to camp.
Don't lose focus. Keep your eye on the prize and expect to get it even when others don't think you will.
