Welcome to the team! Its always good to see a new face! I understand the home gym thing for sure! I have just started building mine. A cheap elliptical from wal mart (dont buy it) lol, a stability ball, some resistance bands and light weights. Its so exciting!!!

Hi everyone -I'm new. Must, Must Must lower cholesteral -- exercise and diet (of course) are the keys. I plan to follow a modified South Beach plan as I like the foods. I also have an exercise tape collection to top anyone's -- have used Leslie Sansone's walking tapes for years and a Pilate's board. I would like to turn my home into a 'non gym -gym'. Hate the thought of having one more place to drive after my workday. Anyone else feel that way? So...I'll stay connected to you and as soon as I figure out how to add my spark page, I'll do that too.
