Thanks so much to all of you for making me feel so welcome! I'm going to beat this thing called "added baggage" no matter what. I have a sweet little "older" lady for a neighbor (she's in her 80's) who has worked hard all her life to stay slim and trim! She is such an inspiration to me! I want to look like her when I get in my 80's too!
I love seeing how many steps I get in a day! Today it was 7542 steps!!! All our bedrooms are upstairs so I get in a lot of extra steps running up and downstairs instead of just putting stuff on the bottom stair like I used to! Also helps the ole ticker, I'm told! Mitsy
