I decided to join Spark People so that I could have a more organized routine for my weight loss and fitness goals. I'm really happy to see a team specifically for my part of the state.
I'm really hoping to get into a more solid running routine and change parts of my diet. My family has a history of diabetes, and over the last year, my doctor has told me that my sugar levels are showing signs of it too. So far, I've kept it at bay with some exercise, but I've decided to make fitness a permanent part of my life.
So I'm ready to commit to these goals. Let's all cheer each other on to the finish line. =)
