I live in Perdido Key (West Pensacola), but I workout every Tues. & Thurs. at 6:30 p.m. with the Pensacola Fit Club at the FilAm Community center near Pensacola Blvd. (Interested? Message me! :) ) It's always free.
I enjoy walking/jogging; however, I cannot run outside without developing runner's' asthma. I'm working on it. :( I also enjoy doing Beach Body fitness programs at home.
This Saturday, February 2, 2013, I plan to walk down Johnson's Beach Rd. into the Gulf Islands National Seashore"s Johnson's Beach at 11 p.m. If anybody would care to join me, let me know! We could start at The Reef bar and go from there. Just message me. :)
Hi! I live in Navarre. I'd love to find someone that wanted to meet once or twice a week to work out. I'm game for anything but walking. Walking doesn't do much for me. Crossfit, interval training, running, lifting weights, kettle bell training, swimming, water aerobics, zumba.. I'm a member at the YMCA here in Navarre and I can sign people onto base to workout. I am looking for someone anytime on Monday or in the evenings Tuesdays through Thursday. I will workout on my own if needed, but I'd love to have the extra push of meeting someone to do it once a week.

have you found a work out buddy, because I am in desperate need of someone to keep me motivated, I do not drive due to lack of transport, hubby and I share one vehicle! I live off of Avalon at this time. I am very driven to loose this UN-wanted weight and though hubby says he supports me he is the first to bring home the ice cream!

Hey everybody! I live near NAS in Pensacola and am looking for a workout/walking buddy. Ido not drive and do not have my own transportation. I am legally blind but can see shapes as well as things up close (Macular Degeneration) So would need someone who lives close or is willing to come to me. Also, if you have a membership to the Pensacola Fitness Club on Hwy 98 we could work out there together . Please, I really need a workout buddy.

Does anybody go to Reel Time Fitness? I live close to it and was wondering about the wait time for machines.
I have learned that I must love myself where I am at rather than some unattainable concept placed in my head by distorted media social norms. And guess what? I kinda like who I am.

Hey everyone, I'm 24 and a mother of 3, but I stay at home so I am flexible with my schedule. I live in Milton, but don't necessarily mind traveling. I'm very out of shape and have only just started out, so low impact activities and things that are easier are better for me, but I'm interested in trying everything. I definitely need someone to help motivate me, so I hope to hear from someone!

Morning all: I'm 60ish and beginning to feel it because I've just reached a huge maximum weight. I can't stand it anymore and I know I have to get out and busy. I live near Bayview Park in East Hill Area and I want to get out and walk and swim and get active. I'm friendly and fun as a rule so I'd be a good but slow walking partner in the beginning if someone would take a chance on me. I work sitting Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 5p.m. and I've got to pick up the pace on my off hours. If you can do it, let me know! Thanks. Mist

Hey! I am a 30 year old mom of two looking for a buddy to walk/run/wii with pretty much whenever as I work for myself so I can be flexible. I need someone to really kick my butt though - I let myself off the hook WAY too much, and I need a "drill sergeant" of sorts. I can be one for you as well - I just struggle with commending myself. Looking for someone who wants to really make a life change - even when it sucks - but who will stay committed for the long haul. Let's do this ladies!!

Hey all. I'm 21 and I live off of Davis Highway, and I would love a walking buddy or even a gym buddy. I am a member at Riviera gym, but jsut never kept the motivation up to go. I work usually mornings until 2 when my hubby goes to work. Anyone in the area willing to have me tag along?

My name is Jennifer. I am 21 years old. I only work 2 days a week babysitting (Monday&Tuesday). So any days other than those work for me. I can run, walk, do workout dvds. I can also get on to lots of nice trails and such on base. I am looking for a buddy who doesnt mind that I bring my daughter with me. The jogging stroller has become my best friend. =) I may be unreliable at times since I cant control my daughters sicknesses or my husband's work schedules and such. But I will do my best at all time. I live on the West side of Pensacola, about 5 miles from NAS

31yrs old. Mother of a 7 month old.
I have rheumatoid arthritis, so walking is best for me. Anytime Mon-Sat. Someone who doesn't mind if I have my son with me in a stroller and if plans have to change from time to time because of a fussy baby.

When I first posted this I could walk early, but right now it would be impossible. I am hoping that when the weather cools down later in the year I can start walking outside.

Great Idea Carole. I live in Gulf Breeze, Tiger Point area, but willing to travel within reason.
I am 53 years old.
My favorite workouts are: tennis (advanced beginner), walking/hiking-perhaps mixed with a very little jogging-I am trying C25K if my knees hold up, tae bo/turbojam or other exercise videos, roller skating, and I love to dance. I am also especially in need of someone to do resistance training with me-can't afford a gym right now and I really dislike this type of training, I have plenty of hand weights, exercise bands, exercise ball, etc, but still find it hard to make myself work out even twice a week, while I am usually getting in all my aerobics.
My schedule is unfortunately variable every week, so I can't say every tues/thursday or anything like that as my days off vary, but some is better than none. Best time of day depends on the temperature. During the week it is best from 9am to 7pm.
Looking forward to hearing from any buddies who may be lurking out there.
