Hi! My name is Lauren. Nicole I too was thin... healthy... and then got married! Gained like 50 lbs in the first year! I have edged up rather than down since then; HOWEVER, I want to lose it all again! The flesh is willing... THE FLESH will leave! On my way... We can do it! So many people on this forum in Spark People are such inspirations! I look forward to the journey.... (Really look forward to the destination!)

My name is Nicole and I'm a 25 year old mother of 2. I was in great shape when I met my husband 6 years ago. When we started dating I gained "happy weight"...20lbs of happy weight. Two years later, I gave birth to my daughter. A year later, I found out I was pregnant with my son, and I gained over 50lbs. I also found out that I have hypothyroidism which can make it very difficult to lose weight. I am very determined to get back into shape
