I've been a member since November, but I haven't been utilizing the site like I should. It was kind of confusing at first, so much to see and I just didn't get into learning how to use the site. But today.....I really surfed around and figured out how to use the nutrition tracker and I've started utilizing that and keeping a record now for 2 days of what I'm eating. Also using the fitness tracker. So I'm finally learning how to get around the site. I started out at 212-213 lbs.....I've lost about 6-7 lbs over the last few months but I really haven't worked at it very hard. I want to get busy now and see some weight loss. I'm doing some walking inside the house....too hot to go outside....with Leslie Sansone walking tapes. I'm ready to see some weight loss but I still have to concentrate on One Day at a Time because I can fall off this cart so easily at any time.
