I haven't noticed my weight, per se, impacting my creativity, but by extension it impacts my health which does bring lots of issues.

I'm not as sharp, kind of sluggish and noticably unfocused, when my health is compromised. Balance seems to be goal one for me: balanced diet, balanced exercise ritual, balanced outlook (with a definite grip on emotional surges, knowing the things I CAN control versus the opposite). These seem to be helping immensely.

Thanks.

Hi, All:

Let's get this group going again! We're artists, for Pete's sake (and ours), so let's be there for each other and establish a supportive group for those of us who like to create!

With that said, here's the first topic in a while for your consideration:

Does weight have an impact on your creativity? If so, how?

I look forward to reading your replies, and I'll weigh in, too (no pun intended).

Cheers!
