Its a pretty simple idea. Basically, you can turn just about any outdoor fitness routine into an "eco" version. Simply bring a small trash bag with you, and pick up some litter while you are out... and then put the trash bag into a larger trash can, either at your own home, or on your way home. If you don't have a small trash bag, that's cool, pick up a piece and throw it in a garbage bin (most parks have tons of them...and yet people are still too lazy to use them!).
I know when I took tennis lessons this summer, I didn't bring trash bags with me. But, we'd get to the court and the people before us (or before them...) would have left empty water bottles on the side of the court, or by the net. So, when I left, I'd just pick them up and throw them in the trash can just outside the courts!
It is just all about not only "leaving nothing behind", but maybe taking the time to pick up a bit after others who don't care as much!
