Just read the book The Abs Diet and have been using the info for the last week and have already lost 5 pounds! I love being able to eat great healthy meals and snacks. The reason I am doing this is I have high cholesterol and after 2 months of being on a statin, my energy level has been sinking and it has been charted with Curves Smart. so I spoke to the nurse at my GP's office and decided I was better not taking them. I also am fighting Osteoporosis with vitamins/suppliments and exercise. After not hardly being able to have the energy to finish my Zumba, I had to do something productive for my overall health and well being and decided that the Abs Diet seemed the most balanced approach.
