Glad that you are still around SCTF. You're right. This is a slow SparkTeam. Often, there are no posts for months. And, that's OK. I mostly just want to be here for those looking for a solution to their plateau. It's a good place, too, for me to recommend to SparkFriends on other teams, just for information regarding plateaus, even if they don't join our team.

It's important, though, to find SparkTeams that you can connect with, post to, and choose to be accountable to, on a regular basis.

Feel free to come back here, now and then, to check in with me. Or you can always send me a SparkMessage. I'd love to be one of your encourage-rs on your weight loss journey.

We're motivating each other. Since my post 3 days ago, I have been able to be more intentional about ccing and have list 1.2 lbs. Some of that might be normal fluctuations. But success always feels good.

I am absolutely sold on the concept of calorie cycling. I've slowly edged a little bit away from it while in maintenance and gained a few pounds back over the past months. Still in my size 6 though. I might need to go back to tracking to be sure I am successfully returning to calorie cycling. So glad it broke your plateau.

Hi hi! I'll stick around, no need to doubt that! My entire journey toward my goal and life feels like one long plateau most of the time!

Thanks for responding!

I'm doing the calorie cycling right now, which seems to not only have busted up the most recent rut I was in, but might be something I could actually stay on board with, long term! No fad or crash craziness with it- just thinking in groups of days instead of from day to day, with some physical and emotional benefits to boot!

Maybe I'll start a topic in on it to share my experiences?

Glad to have you here. Please let me know how the calorie cycling goes for you. :-)

I foudn this team when i was looking for a group that deals with platau-ing or half way to goal weight... I have lost and kept off about 60 lbs (10 of them recently) and plateaued right away... Trying to focus on the positives but would like to get going.

I'm starting some calorie cycling and hope to have good things to report!!!!

I'm Tara, by the way!
