Hi Anita. Welcome to the team. I am keeping my trackers the way they are. Once you change them, you can't go back so I am very hesitant. Don't know exactly when my surgery is. Good luck on reaching your new goals. I am sure you will do it. Losing that much weight is quite an achievement. I went from 248 to 126.8 and am in maintenance until I see my Dr. to see what he says about the weight. I am only 5'1.25"

Anita - you give me certainty that I can stay the course. I've lost 50 with 40 to go, and I am frequently surprised when I catch a glance at myself in a mirror. I FEEL so much thinner, that my reflection should show how I feel, instead of realitys' plump matron. Helen Gurley Brown advised to treat mirrors like alligators . . . don't let 'em sneak up on you.

Hi My name is Anita I am new to this team but have been on Spark for 3 years as of April I have lost 96 lbs so far and I have about 60 to go so with Sparks new launch for the food and fitness tracker which I changed over to and I rest my goals and spark put me into this team, I am looking forward to getting to know everyone, I am always up for a challenge and motivation to keep me going..
