emoticon news, Keep up the good work. I myself do have a weakness for hard candy.But I count the calories and only eat the amount of pieces for the calorie count.

Good job! That would be hard for me. Not all the time but sometimes I just can't resist grabbing a piece or two when I walk by a candy dish.

emoticon lucky for me that candy does not call my name, like salty items. Lay out the potato chips, peanuts ect and I would get the shakes. I would bring a couple of pieces of fresh fruits and lay that on my desk. I could look and smell the fruit and it could take my mind off of the candy.

Lord, bless my diet buddies and help me met my 2014 weight goals of 60 pounds.

I work one day a week for my former employer - on a contract basis. There is an ever present candy bowl here. So far today I have avoided taking anything from it. I'm patting myself on the back and making a public declaration to assist me in getting through the next 3 hours!

I call to remembrance each day that I'm living to seek my sacred purpose in each and every day.
