Take time and explore both the site and to get to know YOU better - I find that as I read others' posts and blogs as well as when I write my own, I discover new things about myself and new ways to deal with situations that are particularly challenging for me. When I saw your message and name, I was brought back to many years ago. My mom called me Bets all the time. I was looking in her diary the other day and saw "Bets" and Frank (my diseased husband) were here for a visit, etc. I noticed you made the y very light, I figured that you go by Bets??? Anyway, welcome to our group and I wish you the best. It is not always easy but you have to keep thinking of your goal. That helps to keep you from eating that extra helping or maybe dessert. Don't let a goof up once in a while make you give up, just get right back on track. Use all you can of what Spark gives us. Read the success stories, they are always inspiring. Better go do those dishes that have been waiting for me in the sink! Sending hugs, Betty
