Welcome. Your weight loss goals are ambitious, but you can do it. Remember that your losses will be greater at the beginning and as you get closer to your goal, you will lose less each week.
Adding activity to your life will help. You can enhance your losses by "burning" more calories through exercise.
There is a balance that you have to reach between losing weight and entering "starvation mode" where your body will conserve calories and your weight loss will stall.
Generally 1-2 pounds a week loss while your BMI is greater than 30 is reasonable. A loss of 1/2 - 1 pound for a BMI less than that is reasonable. Keep that in mind.
