You have sort of an encouraging statement of your own; the fact that you lost 80 pounds shows that you do in fact have the ability to stay with a plan. That in itself is half your battle in my opinion. What did you do to lose the 80? just re-group your thoughts, re-focus your attention to where you want to get back down to; then determine to make this a life-changing attitude, not something you quit once you've reached your goal weight.
Besides here, try having a co-worker, husband, or other relative to join you on your weight-loss expedition.
Karen, All the support helps, but in the end, we do this ourselves. One way to have some success and support at the same time is to join in to your team(s) goals and report your successes regularly. You'll gain consistency and you'll feel better about yourself for being successful. Others will compliment you on your successes, and it will all help you keep going!

My sister once lost 90 lbs and later regained it - PLUS! I'm sure that the reason for this was lack of support and compliments from her husband. So, please come back often and read the positive comments and get the support you need to stop going in the negative and re.....start your positive healthy program again. Hello everyone, I'm looking for a "home" team to help me through my journey. I've had success with losing weight before, but I can't seem to find that "thing" to keep going. I've regained 40 of the 80 pounds I lost and I'm scared to death I'll regain the rest. I've been trying this by myself and it isn't working. Therefore I'm reaching out for help.
