Welcome to the 50+ team. I also think this is the most supportive team where I am member. The great thing about this site is that it is not a DIET, it is learning and living how to eat nutritious foods and to exercise of some kind at least 3 times a week. I really believe now that this is the only way to lose weigh and keep it off. I also believe that I am feeling a lot better since I have started eating healthy and exercising. My family says that they can really see a change in me. I do have more energy, people used to tell me that if I exercised I would not be so tired and I didn't believe them, but it is true. Log your foods and drinks on the nutrition tracker, try to keep within the nutritional guideline numbers, drink plenty of water, and exercise. I had to start very slowly as I was a couch potato.
