make yourself a small target for a month say 4 lbs by 18th April.rather than 26lbs to lose. When you see you have lost that it will motivate you to try for the next 4lbs. Total achievement of a wee goal is better than the feeling of standing at the bottom of a sheer wall looking up. ou need to start today and plan your meals and what exercise you will do and how these will fit into your normal daily schedule. Remember you have to measure what you eat and don't always think that because you have exercised you can fill that space with extra food
